Microwave Update 2001 Update
As most of you know, Microwave Update 2001 will be held here on the West Coast for the first time, Sept 20-30.   see our web page for details.

Co-chairman are Jim Moss and Will Jensby.
Now is the time to identify projects and put together our teams.  Jim and I are counting on your support to make this the best conference ever.

2. Treasurer               Jim Moss     N9JIM

If we can borrow these, we will save the substantial cost of renting same from the hotel.

14A.   Amplifier Gain, Bandwidth meas.  Freq. std meas, other?  TBD

15.  Antenna/feed horn measurements.   TBD
This takes place Sun AM. Joel Harrison, W5ZN, has offered to bring feedhorn meas gear. Kerry Banke,  San Diego,  has offered to bring MDS and EIRP  measurement gear for 10 and 24 GHz, used by their club.

16.  Other
I have been told a Japanese club is coming early with equipment and wants to work from Fraizer Peak to Mt. Diablo, for example.  Should have a host for this end.

I am sure some of you have other ideas on how we can make this a great
conference.

Thanks,   Will  Jensby
